CLUBHOUSE & POOL RENTAL RATES

CLUBHOUSE ONLY

$150 Members + $100 refundable deposit

$300 Non-Members + $100 refundable deposit

• Swim Parties with clubhouse rentals are available to Members Only 
• 25 swimmer maximum with clubhouse rental

POOL PARTIES (for Members only)

Pool Party Fee (with NO clubhouse rental):

$40 + $5 guest fee for both swimming and non-swimming guests

• Each Pool Party requires a minimum of 2 lifeguards (per Red Cross guidelines, No exceptions)
• Pool Parties booked outside of on-duty lifeguard hours (Fri, Sat, Sun 4-8pm between Memorial Day & Labor Day) allows 40 swimmers maximum with a $3 per swimmer charge for swimmers beyond 25 (swimmers 26-40)
• Pool Parties booked during on-duty lifeguard hours (Fri, Sat, Sun 4-8pm, in-season) allows 25 swimmers maximum AND require at least one additional lifeguard per party

LIFEGUARDS

Lifeguard hourly rate = $25/hour

• Lifeguard scheduling requires at least 2 weeks notice with the following information: number of swimmers, ages of swimmers, duration of swim time
