All members need a key card to access the pool and bathroom areas. As a Swim at Your Own Risk facility, maintaining a locked door to the pool is essential for the safety of our members and their children.
NOTE: REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED WEEKLY BY UNPAID NEIGHBORHOOD BOARD MEMBERS.
Previous Year Member, renewing by May 31st

Previous Year Member, renewing after May 31st
Your key card will need to be reactivated. To have it reactivated, email HCSRCmembership@gmail.com to let us know you have renewed your membership and include your address This will take a few days from the time we receive your email.
Replacement or Additional Card
Note the first key card is free with the initial membership. In case of a lost card, a replacement card is $20. Lost cards will be deactivated. We ask that each household has only one active card at any time.
Send an email to HCSRCmembership@gmail.com to request a a replacement card. Details for pick up of card will be in a reply email to members.
New member or previous member who never picked up a key card

1. Obtain & Complete the Waiver & Release of Liability Form
All members must sign a wavier of liability form before accessing the club facilities and obtaining a key card. This is a one-time requirement, you will not need to sign this form again in subsequent years. To save or print the form, click the button. Waiver & Release of Liability Form
2. Return the Waiver & Release of Liability Form
Scan the completed form and email to hcsrcmembership@gmail.com.
3. Pick up Key Card
You will be notified by email when the key card will be ready for pick up and the address for pick up.
